Plot twist: I'm A.I. (Anas Iguer) who works in AI—the universe has a sense of humor!
I'm an AI Product Manager and Product Builder from Morocco who's spent the last decade learning one truth: the best way to understand products is to build them yourself.
🚀 My Journey
The Beginning
Fresh out of engineering school, I co-founded my first startup, Soldaty, diving headfirst into social commerce before it was cool. We had big dreams, some funding, and learned the hard way that having a product isn't enough—you need growth, marketing, and a bit of luck.
The Learning Years
After Soldaty, I spent years collecting experiences like Pokemon cards: software developer, business analyst, project manager, and eventually Product Manager at Alphorm. Each role taught me something new about building products people actually want.
The Plot Twist
Now I'm building products in public and sharing everything I learn along the way while helping other founders through product management consulting and AI product development services.

Product Building
I create SaaS products, AI agents, and automation workflows. Currently exploring the intersection of AI and product development while building my own suite of tools.
Product Management Consulting
I help startups and established companies build better products through strategic consulting, process optimization, and AI integration.
Sharing Knowledge
Everything I learn gets documented here. Failed experiments, successful launches, growth tactics, and the occasional existential crisis about product-market fit.
Community Building
I believe the best products come from understanding real problems. I help other makers navigate the journey from idea to profitable product.

Prove you don't need VC funding to build profitable products—just good ideas and relentless execution
Create Morocco's first unicorn built by Moroccans (yes, I own unicorn.ma and yes, I'm serious about this)
